MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT
Enjoy peace of mind throughout the holiday season. If any issues arise, like a burnt-out bulb, we’ll be there to fix it promptly, so your display stays perfect.
REMOVAL & STORAGE
Once the season is over, we’ll safely take down your decorations and even offer storage solutions, making it easy for you to enjoy a stress-free holiday.

1. How does the Christmas installation work?
We start with a personal consultation to understand your style and preferences. Whether you want a classic look or something more dazzling, we’ll design a custom display that fits your home and budget.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most payment methods such as Venmo, Cash App, checks, cash, or credit cards. Credit cards do have an additional charge that the merchant we use charges.
5. Do you offer light decorations for other holidays?
Yes, we can change the color of the bulbs to represent the holiday your trying to show
pride for!
7. What type of lights do you use?
We use high quality commercial grade LED lights. What this means for you? Low energy consumption, long lasting, and brighter to make sure your home gets the attention it deserves!
2. What areas do you service?
We service areas within a 25 mile radius of Rogers. Contact us today to see if we serve your area!
4. What happens if something stops working?
We are full service so if a bulb goes out, or the whole strand just doesn’t want to work we will replace it free of charge as that would be included in the quoted price.
6. When do you install and remove the lights?
The light installation begins on October for some of our repeated customers to get ahead of the game
then gets removed after New Years.
8. Do you know the Muffin man?
The one that lives on Drury Lane? Let’s just say the gingerbread man let me take his picture.
